什麼是淡定？淡定就是你的淡然，你的超脫，你的看破。人生一定要經得住誘惑、耐得住寂寞，守得住那份屬於自己的平淡生活，唯此這般保持淡定，就一定能夠獲得福祉。在作者優美流暢的筆下，淡淡地從心靈深處流淌出成熟、睿智、沉穩、平和。全書從頭至尾沒有蓄意煽情，通過一段段的小故事，慢慢地講述著什麼是愛，什麼是幸福；如何享受寂寞，從容應對生活；如何追隨內心，做你自己…我深深地被作者點石成金的人生感悟深深打動，進而思索人生。人的一生究竟要所求些什麼？在成長的過程中，

在我們的一生中，會遇到無數的人，有和你長相廝守的戀人，有和你擦肩而過的路人，有和你僅有一面之緣的朋友。無論你遇到什麼人，友善或是不友善的，都是一種緣分。今天遇上了，今生可能再也不會遇到；今生遇見了，來世也不一定遇到。佛法所說的四大皆空，只是告訴人們一個道理，要學會放下，用淡定、平和的心態看待周圍的一切。不囚禁於過去，不迷失于未來，你擁有最真實的財富，就是當下。守住屬於自己的一份平淡的生活，你就是一個幸福的人。從從容容一杯酒，平平淡淡一杯茶。時間不經意地溜走，一天24小時，你有多少留給自己，停下來品味寂寞，享受淡定？一盞燈，一片昏黃，一本書，一杯茶，守住那一份淡定，
兒童精神哲學讀後感

當我拿到《兒童精神哲學》這本書時，心中不免有些疑問：說到“精神”，我認為那是成人的思維和意識行為表現，從沒想過小小的孩童世界裡也會有可以被冠以“精神”的舉動？兒童有何“精神”？兒童的精神又是什麼呢？又說起“哲學”，我一直覺得這是一門神秘且高深奠測的科學，而兒童離哲學似乎很遠很遠。沒想到兒童也有哲學？什麼是兒童的哲學呢？帶著疑問，我翻閱了這本書。
由於工作和時間關係，我沒有仔細認真的品讀。大概粗讀了一下，雖還沒有讀懂兒童精神哲學的精髓，但這本書我有兩點感受。
第一，這本書不只是追求清晰地表述內容，而且追求優美地表達。翻閱整本書，作者大量引用了詩人、作家的詩句、名言。作者將哲學和詩統一起來，始終關心讀者，使讀者在留連于兒童精神世界的同時，也感受到這本書的迷人魅力。如在第七章《兒童精神現象的永恆魅力》中，作者引用了《祈禱》的詩句：冬天/在漏風的土屋子/太陽/我在向你祈禱/我的一切心願/是囤裡不安寧的種子/都在急急地等待/春天的擁抱/急急地等待發芽長高/太陽/請您早日把春天送到。這首詩借著童年的渴望表達了成人現在的希望。又如：我七歲的時候/每天佛曉透過視窗/望著黑幕拉開/柔和的金光/像花朵綻開/慢慢的在天上擴散/那時天天都是新奇的/長大後頭頂生活的重負/許多日子擠在一起/喪失各自的價值/增長的年齡聽著一成不變的歌/尋不到獨特的個性。從詩句的描寫中可以體會他對兒童精神世界的同情與嚮往。等等，舉不勝舉。
第二，這本書以人類文化史為足點，以現代自然科學、人文科學為背景，以那些通常被視為幼稚無知的兒童的研究物件，將兒童空前地顯在歷史、文化、人群之中。尤其對我印象最深的是，作者認為兒童是思想家，是歷史之子，是“成人之父”。對於這種觀點，我是贊同的。我們成人雖比兒童高、大，兒童在許多方面確實需要我們的關心和説明，但兒童身上有很多東西是值得我們成人學習的。比如兒童是好奇的和喜歡追問的，他們對事物特別感興趣，如經常喜歡問：“這是什麼呀？”“水流到哪裡去了？”“星星是從哪兒來的，它們為什麼不掉下來呀？”等等。甭說孩子，就是一般的大人也仍然答不上來，而這是哲學思考的一招基本功夫。()兒童時時刻刻都在思索所有剛接觸到的新事物、新經驗。他們認真學習、努力思考，並賦予每一樣事物一個觀點，整合入他們的世界觀。比起大部分習慣於日常生活、懶得再去質疑的成年人，孩子們更像是勇於懷疑的哲學家。兒童是身心與言行一體的，他看待世界不是功利性的，沒有主客二分的，他們愛說愛做，敢說敢做。正如童話故事《皇帝的新衣》中的孩子，只有他揭露了皇帝沒穿衣服的事實，拆穿了成人的謊言。在探求事物的真相時兒童表現的比成人更率直、更有勇氣。他們的生活不刻意，他們的生活聽任自然也最貼近自然。“兒童是成人之父”，我們再無理由小覷兒童。也許面對繁紛複雜的世界時，唯有兒童精神才能救贖我們，在兒童精神裡得到安靜和撫慰。
這本書是哲學界第一部從個體發生維度系統探討精神哲學的著作，是教育學界第一部從精神哲學層面系統探討兒童觀的著作，是心理學界第一部從哲學層面系統探討兒童心理世界的著作，也是一部兒童教育的基礎性理論著作。我認為，只有細細品讀，才能發現這本書的魅力，才能真正瞭解幼兒的精神世界。
