1月24日上午，阿裡巴巴集團董事局主席馬雲在“推動電子商務發展”論壇上發言，與全球青年領袖進行了包括女性賦權、企業管理、未來教育等多個方面的交流。

他們都很期待問一些問題
who are all really looking forward to asking some questions
所以我先簡單地說一下
so I'll just kick off with a few first.
所以去年的採訪結束時你說
So you ended your interview last year by saying
我們真的需要關注30歲的人
we really need to pay attention to people who are 30 years old
在未來的30年
to the next 30 years
以及那些擁有少於30名員工的公司
and to companies that have less than 30 employees.

I turned 30 last years, it was perfectly welcome to hear this.
我相信這裡的很多人
and I think for many people in the room

they meet one or two of those categories.

So in light of that,

what are you most looking forward to and most scared of in the next 30 years?

We people are very lucky,

because we are in the area that

the world is in a very big transformation because of the chip technology.
我想我們在書中讀到了很多
I think we read a lot up on the books
200年前，第一次工業革命出現了很多偉大的人
that 200 years ago when the first industry have a lot of great people.
然後100年前
and then a hundred years ago,
電氣革命中出現了很多偉大的人
electricity revolution come a lot of success people.
現在科技革命來了
So now the technology come.
這項新的科技革命也將創造許多成功人士和有趣的職業
This new technology will also create a lot of successful people, interesting careers.
但老實說，每一項科技產品以及收入的來源
But honestly every technology craft were of rush income
都將會引發很多社會問題
is going to create a lot of social problems.
我的觀點是第一次工業革命導致了第一次世界大戰
and my view is a first technology revolution cause the first world war.
第二次工業革命導致了第二次世界大戰
Second technology revolution cause the second world war.
現在我們處於第三次，接下來會發生什麼呢？
Now we under third, so what, what's gonna happening?
人們擔憂人工智慧
People worry about artificial intelligence.
人們擔憂機器人
People worry about robots.
人們擔憂電腦、資料和隱私安全
People worry about computer and data's and privacy insecurities.
人們開始擔憂
People start to worry.
但不管你是否擔憂，它都會來的
But whether you're worried, it will come.
不用擔憂，它會來的
Don't worry, it comes.
所以問題是你如何改變自己
So the thing is how you change yourself.
所以我想，在接下來的30年裡
So I think next to 30 years,
世界將會發生巨大的變化
the world is going to be huge change.
如果有第三次世界大戰
If there's a third world war,
我認為應該是一場對抗疾病的戰爭
I think the world war should be a war against the disease,
一場反對環境污染的戰爭
a war against environment pollution,
一場對抗貧困的戰爭
a war against the poverty,
再加上另一場對我們自己的戰爭
together with another war against ourselves.
但是如果我們看不清楚
But if we do not see clearly that
利用新技術來解決這個問題
using the new technology to solve this problem,
如果我們不團結在一起
if we do not unite align together with human being,
我們會互相爭鬥
gonna fight each other.
因為每一次技術革命都會使世界不平衡
Because every technology revolution will make the world unbalanced
當一些不平衡來臨
when something unbalance coming
一些曾經是第一的人突然成為第二
somebody used to be number one suddenly begun number two,
而一些曾經是第三的人成為了第一
and somebody was number three and then become number one.
這都會產生不平衡
It's all uncomfortable.
所以我們，如果你30歲了
So we people, if you are 30 years old,
我的觀點是
my view is that
如果你處在20到30歲之間
if when you have 20 to 30 years old,
你應該跟隨一個好老闆
you should follow a good boss,
加入一個好的公司來學習如何正確地做事
join a good company to learn how to do things properly.
如果你在30到40歲之間
When you're 30 to 40 years old,
如果你想要自己做些什麼事
if you want to do something yourself,
放手去做
just do it.
你還能承受失敗
You're still can afford to lose, to fail.
但如果你處在40到50歲之間
But when you're 40 to 50 years old,
我的建議是
my suggestion is that
你應該做些你擅長的事
you should do things that you are good at.
而不要做那些
and not do things that
你覺得很有意思所以想去做的事
that's very interesting I want to try something new.
這會很危險
It's dangerous more.
當你在50到60歲時
When you're 50 to 60 years old,
花時間培養年輕的下一代
spending time training and developing young people the next generation.
當你超過60歲時
When you're over 60 years old,
最好和你的孫子孫女待在一起
better stay with your grandchildren.
但這只是通常的
But this is normally general like that.
不是每個人都喜歡，但大多數人都是這樣的
Not everybody like, but most of the people were like that.
所以30歲的人在接下來30年
So 30 years old we people next to 30 years
是最幸運的
are the luckiest appearing.
我們經歷了很多挑戰、很多事
We're a lot of challenges, a lot of things happening
用我們的知識和我們的體力
and with our knowledge, with our physical power.
是時候改變了
It's time you need to change.
你要想想
You have to think,
如果你想明天成功，這不可能
if you want to be successful tomorrow, it's impossible.
如果你想一年後成功，這不可能
If you want to be successful a year later, it's impossible.
的如果你想在十年後成功
But if you want to win ten years later,
你有機會
you have chance.
